DELE exam sessions in 2026

February: Friday, February 13, 2026 — general levels A2 and A2-NA. Registration closes January 7, 2026.

April: Friday, April 17, 2026 — general levels A2 and A2-NA (Spain only). Registration closes February 25, 2026.

May: Friday, May 22 (school versions A1, A2/B1 and B2/C1) and Saturday, May 23, 2026 (general A1, A2, A2-NA, B1, B2, C1 and C2). Registration closes April 8, 2026.

October: Friday, October 16 (general B1, B2 and C1) and Saturday, October 17, 2026 (general A2 and A2-NA). Registration closes September 2, 2026.

November: Friday, November 13 (school A1, A2/B1 and B2/C1; general A2 and A2-NA) and Saturday, November 14, 2026 (general A1, B1, B2, C1 and C2). Registration closes September 30, 2026.

How can you register? Here's how you can sign up:
  • If you do the DELE in Spain (and it's not the school DELE), you can register online. First you have to create a user here and register on the website: https://examenes.cervantes.es/es/user/register
  • If you are going to do the DELE outside of Spain or if you are doing the DELE school, find your nearest school here https://examenes.cervantes.es/es/dele/donde and register by contacting that center or going in person, but it is also likely that on the website of that center they will give the option to register online.
  • The Cervantes Institutes outside of Spain have a section on their website where you can register online.

To register online, you must submit your registration form, a copy of an official identification document (such as the NIE or passport with a photo, your name and surname, your nationality and date of birth) and pay for the exam (with a credit or debit card or through the Santander Elavon Merchant Services Virtual POS system).
