They go from easier to harder and cover five skills: writing, spoken production, spoken interaction, reading and listening.

No. It is an indicative self-assessment based on the CEFR descriptors — the same framework the Instituto Cervantes DELE exams are built on. To certify your level you need an official qualification such as the DELE.
