At A por el DELE we want you to be 100% happy with the course, so we give you the option of requesting a refund of the amount if you consider that the course does not turn out to be what you expected.
We offer a 14-day return policy. During these two weeks, you can claim a refund of the amount.
- To receive a refund of the amount, you must write to info@aporeldele.com with the reasons why you want the refund no later than 14 calendar days from the purchase of the course. After 15 days, it will not be possible to demand a return. As this is a digital product, if you have viewed more than 20% of the course (a module), we will refund 50% of the amount. We do this to protect the intellectual content of the course.
- No refund will be provided if the reason for the return is unrelated to the content or quality of the course. Refunds are only accepted for those cases in which the student finds that the contents and dynamics of the course do not fit them or do not like them.
